FIXER Inc. and its subsidiaries (“Company“, “we“, “us” and “our“) are always doing our best to respect and properly secure your privacy. We will acquire personal information only within the scope of the purposes of use of personal information published in our website, email and such, and limit the acquisition of such information only to extend necessary and by a fair manner.
2. Purpose of Personal Information
We will take necessary measures to use personal information only within the scope of the purposes of use of personal information published in advance. Also, we will use such information while ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date. In the event that we may use such information beyond the purposes stipulated, we will notify such purpose of use in advance. We will not provide personal information to any third parties without the consent of the Principal identified by the relevant personal information. 4. Compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulations in Relation to Handling of Personal Information
We will comply with the laws and regulations, directives by the government of Japan and other codes in relation to the handling of personal information.
5. Preventive Action and Securing Your Data
We are always taking preventive actions against divulging, loss, or damage of personal information.
Due to the nature of the internet, any information shared online will never be 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect personal information relating to you, we cannot guarantee the security of such data transmitted to the Site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we obtain any personal information, we handle this information in accordance with our guidelines which stipulate appropriate administrative, technical, organizational and physical security measures that are required under applicable regulations.
We use secure servers to maintain all information that we are in possession of, and any payment transaction carried out by FIXER or third-party payment processing service will be encrypted and secured using industry-standard encryption technologies during the transfer of any personal information.
In addition to the security measures we are taking, you are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of any password given to you (or chosen) that gives you access to the Site. Please do not share this password. We take well defined steps to de-identify any information related to the individuals signed up to the platform. When information is no longer required for any purpose, it is purged from our system and will not be retained.
6. Additional Provisions for US Residents
About COPPA
Under the Children Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), information about those under the age of 13 are not allowed to be collect without prior permission from parents or guardians. We do not allow users under the age of 18 to use the site and do not market to those under the age of 18.
For California residents
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits our customers who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
We do not support Do Not Track browser settings and do not currently participate in any “Do Not Track” frameworks that would allow us to respond to signals or other mechanisms from you regarding the collection of your personal information or non-personal information.
7. Implementation of Continuous Improvement
We will implement continuous improvement by establishing, maintaining and conducting regular revisions of the personal information management system. We reserve the right to update any of this information at any time without prior notification and will update the Revision date at the bottom of this page.
8. Handling and Management of Personal Information
When the Principal identified by the relevant personal information requests notice of use of personal information, and disclosure, correction, deletion of the relevant retained personal information, we will respond to such requests. Also, we will investigate the matter pertaining to complaints, or suggestions regarding handling of personal information, and respond within a reasonable time frame.

10. Procedures for Responding to Requests for Disclosing Personal Information
Contact the Company by telephone at 03-3455-7755, for requests related to the notice of the purpose of use and disclosure of the personal information, correction/addition/deletion/suspension of the contents, suspension of the use of the personal information, deletion of the personal information or suspension of the provision of the personal information to third party, as well as for complaint/consultation concerning the personal information. However, the Company may not oblige to comply with such request related to the notice of the purpose of use and disclosure of the personal information, correction/addition/deletion/suspension of the contents, suspension of the use of the personal information, deletion of the personal information or suspension of the provision of the personal information to third party, due to the laws and regulations or beyond the period required to maintain such information.

The representative who is able to apply on behalf of the Principal identified by the relevant personal information is limited to those who meets the requirements below:
– A legal representative of a minor or an adult ward
– A legal representative who is appointed by the Principal identified by the relevant personal information, for the request of disclosure and such
The Company will conduct necessary investigation and reply in writings within 2 weeks from the time of receipt of the above request. Reply will be done by recipient specific postal service, in order to prevent the leakage of the personal information due to impersonation.
